Dwyane Wade Leases 900 Biscayne Bay PH

A couple of weeks ago, online sources cited that Dwyane Wade, the Miami Heat superstar, had signed a lease for a 59th floor penthouse at 900 Biscayne Bay.  The interesting details about this lease were that the penthouse is to be custom-built to Wade’s likings by the developer. Leased units are usually never custom-built by developers, leaving sources scratching their heads at the motivation behind the decision to do this.  It is assumed that the developer of the unit is either looking for publicity behind this move, or they’re hoping that Wade will like the unit so much, that when his lease is up, he decides to purchase it.
